Angry ridn low low

i have just had the dealership replace my rear airbags. my problem with this is that it does not ride as high as it did when i purchased the vehicle. the tech is telling me it might be the exhaust vavle. is there a way to determine this before i take my truck back to dealership. i think, personaly; he did not perform a hight adjustment afterwards. can someone help me. thanks.

maybe a height sensor is not working properly? Does it raise correctly when you hit the button?
