Default Bad intake valve on #4 cylinder !

Had my drivers side cat get clogged after replacing it I was getting a P3000 code random misfire.
Just had a leak down test done and it showed I have a bad intake valve on the passengers side # 4 cylinder.
I,d like to pull it myself to save some cash .
What should be done to have it repaired right if I do most of the labor
THanks for any input on this.

Also what would be a good price to have a shop do everything ?

If your pulling the heads you are probably better off just upgrading to the LS heads for more power.

If your on a budget ,send both heads to a machine shop and get a valve job done . If you have the cash new upgraded heads are nice. I would also get some ARP studes . A shop should be able to do the whole job with parts and labor for $1400.00/$1600.00.
