Default Washer jet. Emptied itself over the back window for the 3rd time

And it could finally be the end. The last couple of months ive had the wipers or the washer jets acting on there own.as soon as i turn the ignition key. After a while,a few turns of the key,or leaving it for a while would see it return to normal. However. Last week i turned the key,and the washers emptied itself in 2 minutes. I managed to pull the relay before the pump burnt out. I left it for a while, then put the relay back in. But no joy. The pump started pumping straight away. Even managed to leave it for a week and the same thing happened. I'm thinking now, that the wiper module unit has now had it? Does anyone else think so from what i have said??. Ive tried from some threads on here to clean the circuit board on the module and waterproof the unit. But it doesn't seemed to have worked. I just cant reason how the water jets going off is related to the wiper motor. Any help given would be most appreiciated by a British happy H2 owner.

I have. Swopped out all the same type relays in the fuse box with the washer relay. The result was the same. It still kept pumping.

Just in case anyone else comes across this thread, water is in the wiper motor assembly where the wire hardness plugs in. Cheap and easy fix, if you do a search, I know theres a number of old threads on this.
