Just had my B&B headers coated by JET-HOT.

The coating is better than a ceramic and looks great. A friend of mine had his done on his Corvette two years ago and they still look like they came out of the box.

The coating is inside and out and does not discolor with heat.

JET-HOT is the best, no matter what the added expense.
I had my entire cat-back system done black. THe headers will be next.
You can beat it with a hammer and it doesn't chip.
I did My suburban almost 7 years ago, and they still look brand new today.

It IS the best! I will have my exhaust done sometime now that I know they will do them too--Thanks H2-USA.

Klaus----a little less than $200.00 for the headers including shipping--great people too.

Pantera from Florida,

Yes, I have a 72 Pantera that just recently expired it's engine. Probably from too many track events and some "spirited" freeway driving.... Once the new engine (aluminum 427 sb) is completed, the new exhaust (possibly 180) wil get Jet-Hot coated also. Definately a difference in driving above traffic in an aerodynamic brick, then to inches of the ground with instant throttle response......gotta love it!

Ken:

Down time was about one week---they sned you a purchase order for the work that includes a shipping label. If you call them, they can give you a time to do them---usually a week---they deliver on the time they commit to.
