That's just a shortened H3. I don't think so.

That's very cool.
Add a super-high-clearance
H1-style suspension and drivetrain,
super lower price (impossible?),
and the H4 could be another one
with hot-selling potential like GM needs.

Anybody read Ruskie? I can only pick out a few words. It looks like maybe they submitted this to Hummer as a concept. Front wheel drive, I think they say. They mostly refrence the H2 and H3. It's odd how some of the page is in English, anyone know of a way to translate the page?

Development is custom-made concern General Motors. Under the decision of experts in marketing GM, off-road cars Hummer become more and more accessible and less "militarians". Their sizes decrease. Submitted on motor - show in Anaheim (USA) Hummer H3 on 40 sm are shorter, than H2 which, in turn, has been named Baby-Hummer'?? in comparison with initial H1. A rise in prices on ?????????? and orientation to more and more young buyers force ?????????? and further to reduce dimensions Hummer'??. not having experience in construction of midget automobiles, experts GM have declared competition on designing of the following model - ?4.
Our project has been recognized as the best.
On demand GM style "????????" is kept, the area ?????????? is reduced, the corner of an inclination of a windshield is increased. For deprecication has been solved to refuse from ?????? designs. Proceeding from demand in the market the USA, the machine in a standard complete set there will be ????????????????, a full drive - as an option. Powerful protection of units of transmission is established. The question on the engine while is open. On the competitive prototype the motor is established on the basis of half standard for ?3 "five" Vorte? 3500 (110 h.p.). The charge of fuel is increased up to 10 ?/100 km. If the decision on release H4 will be accepted, manufacture will be developed(unwrapped) at a factory in Louisiana. In sale the machine will act(arrive) approximately in two years, a guiding price $15000-22500.

Your reading comprehension is pretty much non-existent.
