I do not think they will.
Hypertech pulls the program of your stock tune and stores it. then it replaces the stock tune with the performance tune along with parameters that you choose.
I think this would put the jet chip in conflict as it is set to operate based on your stock tune which is no longer there to piggy back on. Thus the parameters it was looking for just disappeared. I would be concerned in burning or locking up the PCM and then nothing happens except You buy a new stock PCM after being towed to dealer. If you have a good dealer and he checked and PCM is not hurt and if they are nice guys they could reflash it with stock program. But, then they would be making a whole lot less money off you.
I would not do it unless either the makers of each said it would work and back it up with new PCM if failure occurs.
