Jerr, sorry to hear it. I think you're looking at up to $1K unfortunately. My advice, get insurance with a low deductible and you won't have to worry about this.
But before you do anything post a pic here unless you like getting beat up by everybody.

Damn Jerr, that really sucks. That soooo pisses me off!!!
Where do you live? Maybe we should set up a trap and amputate someone's arm at the elbow.

Jerr,
Our H2 was also keyed in three different places on the passenger side...down to the metal. I have an estimate of $700 - $800 from a shop that actually does the work for the local dealer. Our deductible is only $ 50, but it is still a royal pain...it was keyed about 1 1/2 months ago, and I have yet to drop it off to be repaired because they said they will need it for 1 week total. Sorry to hear that you were keyed as well...I hope someone on this forum catches any of these vandals at some point, and unleashes a bit on them...it is so ridiculous that this happens.

Sorry to hear Jerr.
Even if you have it fixed, the match won't be the same. You'll have to insist they do the whole hood.

Down to the metal on the hood?

That would be tough since the hood is made of fiberglass .

Make sure they do the whole hood, and blend it in with the rest of the body panels. Don't just let them take the hood off, and do it alone. Make sure they also remove your chrome and other bolt on stuff, and don't just let them tape it off, it will eventually peel at those points if they do! Get it done right, or it'll have to be redone later!
Good Luck!
