OMFG so good.
I know this sounds gross. But I bought some "ready made" bacon for a spinach salad (when spinach wasn't creepy). Anyway, I tried it and it was so good! Crispy and perfect. I consider myself a bacon connoisseur and lets just say it was not what I was expecting. It is really good.
No mess, no popping grease burning you- just heat it on up in the microwave for 10 seconds a slice. The comes with a pretty good amount of slices. For BLT's, salads, breakfast. Awesome.
Just thought I'd pass it along.

Re: OMFG so good.
The ready made bacon is good stuff. Ready in 30 seconds and none of the other hassle with regular bacon.

Re: OMFG so good.
You guys proclaiming your love for teh bacon but you hate teh pork rinds????
It's crispy.
It's ready made.
And it can be stored in the back seat of a Lexus for emergency cravings. You can't do that with bacon.

Re: OMFG so good.
Hey, I was a vegetarian for years- (not for health but because I felt sorry for the animals, I ate fish occasionally because they know the food chain and grew up where they were supposed to. I just knew that if I was in the wild I would never see anything living as food nor have the heart to kill it. Ate a lot of dairy because I figured that those animals would stay alive because that is the only place they live is in dairies. Weird, I know. )Until a Hummer Happening believe it or not.
I didn't eat because I knew they were going to have stuff there. It was on a secured air base. They had BBQ and chips- nothing else. So I had a BBQ sandwich after awhile because the chips were gross and I was dying. It was so damn gewd!
Then almost immediately after, I went to the store and bought a sheet load of bacon- like two pounds. I missed bacon sooooo much. Then shortly after Ken made me a steak- a juicy ribeye on the grill. Twas the best steak I ever had.
I still feel bad for the little guys but that's the way it works.
