I have a BRAND NEW - PHITCH-5C Hitch Camera (Chrome of Course ) for sale. I bought it for the IR Led's which give it night vision, but it won't SEAMLESSLY go with my Eclipse head unit without a toggle! DAMM ECLIPSE

What else would I need to purchase to make this function as a back up camera?

Well, definately some kind of Monitor/Nav system. It WOULD work with my Eclipse AVN2454, but I would need to add a toggle switch to activate it as Eclipse head units are made ONLY to directly plug in their OWN CAMERA

I'm trying to find out if it can be plugged directly into the OEM Nav (If you have it?)

I'm also not sure the hitch camera will work because I have a rear tire carrier.
