Wow, nice pics. Congrats! Where were these pics taken?

Definitly send Jason a couple of those pics for the photo of the month on the hompage. I'm up there right now.

Thanks all for the warm welcome.

I had been surfing the web and a voyeur to this forum for awhile to get information on the Hummers prior to making the big decision. You folks just cost me a lot of money. : )

The pictures are from Iowa - Palisades Kepler Park and Sugar Bottom Park.

Thanks for all of your input and I hope and can contribute in some way to return the help you have given me.

Nice black grill. Now all you need is a set of black wheels and to ditch all the chrome and you're set.

I'd have to agree with you DRTYFN. I can't believe you can't get the ebony interior without them throwing in all the chrome. I may have to get a can of black spray paint out and start modifying!

Hey,
Recently got a '04 Black LUX, and I DIG some chrome!!
I think a few accents,NOT PIMPED OUT, look AWESOME, especially on Black!!
Whats Up with the CHROME HATERS!
I just don't understand(maybe it's cause I'm Canadian?)

Hummbob - you're right, some chrome is okay but there are too many pimped out rigs and it's giving chrome a bad name. It's no longer an accent but a characteristic that's expected on these vehicles!

I TOTALLY dig what you're saying. I'm just getting a few things put on, then I'll post a picture to see what feedback it gets!

Zing - I wanted to say thanks for letting me know about the "photo of the month". I sent Jason the link and he pulled out one of my shots for this month's photo!
