Best Low Profile Light Bar
Which is flat out the best light bar to go with, Delta 10x, Delta H.I.D H-RACK Light Bar for Hummer H2 ( http://deltatechindustries.com/site/01-9064-HID4), or the Plus One set up. I have read different reviews on the delta 10x and the XTC/Plus One, but have not heard anything about the Delta HID light bar. Which one period is the best and brightest. Also are there any other HID light bars that are lower profile? In other forums guys have said XTC is way brighter than the Delta but i have read guys like Frenzy1 love their delta. Anyone have problems installing any of them on a 08? Also anyone have the Delta 5x Back Up light bar, trying to get a good review on it.

Re: Best Low Profile Light Bar
i think for the price the plus one has my vote...my brother has it on his and its as much as light as you need. the 08 is a little more difficult because you have airbags in the a-pillars...and thats where you run the wires down. for the price of the delta bar, you could almost get (2) of the plus one light bars...front and back. i installed the fog bar(mounted on the skid plate) by plus one and it produces more light than my headlights.

I think i saw you post a picture of it. Do you have any new pics with the lights on at night? What was installalation like? I think it would be BA to have the fog light bar, and front and back light bar!!

Re: Best Low Profile Light Bar
Anyone have or seen the Delta H.I.D H-RACK Light Bar that can give a review on it?? With only 4 lights i was wondering if it was crappy as the OEM Hummer light bar which i have seen a bunch of times and was not impressed. Not sure which type of bulb is in the oem ,but it sucks.

Re: Best Low Profile Light Bar
Personally I really like the XTC Better. IMHO the Delta sits to far back on the roof to be used to its full potential.
And the XTC is bright as HELL
As you can see they actuall over hang the High Five. And the XTC is perfect for mounting Limb Lifters.

Re: Best Low Profile Light Bar
Whats going on with the sides of your Hummer?
I actually emailed the delta people and they have sent me like 4 replies saying how good their bar is and the HID light bar they have is new for 09 which they said with only 4 lights is almost as bright as the delta 10x. So when i decide to purchase one ill have a tuff choice. The guy told me though if you do the HID light your better off doing the head lights and the fog/DRL as well with the hid to have the light match. But that sounds like a lot of dough if i can get a sweet set up with just the 10x bar.
Also for anyone interested the next video for the Corsa Sport exhaust should be shot next week sometime or at the worst the Corsa sport system put on and ill do a video myself but there was some stuff going on and couldnt get the new video done until hopefully this month.

Re: Best Low Profile Light Bar
It magnetic sheilding to keep it from getting all scratched up. Cost me about $100 to make it. Saves me from a day of high speed buffing after hitting the trails! I drive my truck everyday so, I cant be showing up to meetings and taking out clients/employees for lunch in a scratched up truck.
The wheel are made by Mazzi. The design is Maximus. they are 18's. I run 37x12.5x18 BFGoodrich KM's.
I really love the Mazzi's but, I am thinking it might be time for me to retire them and get a set of Rock Monster bead locks. I take the centercaps off when offroading. However I could not get them all off this weekend as one of the screws seased up. So I just took the risk of leaving it on. Luckly It was still there undamaged at the end of the day.

Re: Best Low Profile Light Bar
Are the BFGoodrich KM's a lot better than A/T? How are they in the snow and any good on road or highway? When my A/T's wear out i was looking at getting Mickey Thompson's but your KM's look BadA**

Re: Best Low Profile Light Bar
The KM's are no doubt better in the mud. However the AT's are better on the road and in snow and rain. The AT's also last alot longer and are quieter
But when your driving an H2 you really dont mind a little wheel spin in the snow. The TC takes care of that. When driving an H2 its so well sound insulated you really wont hear the tire noise of the KM's. unless you have the windows down. Then you get to hear the howl.
I have heard nothing but GREAT things about the Micky Thompson's as well. From what I understand they are pretty good on snow too.
What ever you do just dont put Nitto's or some jap brand on it.

Re: Best Low Profile Light Bar
Whatever you buy, don't buy the OEM H2 bar...
These lights SUCK.... I didn't like the delta because they don't match the rest of the bars. Perhaps higher wattage lights would have work (I never did try it before I sold the truck) but with the oem 55 watts, I could have taped a bic lighter to my brushguard and gotten as much light.

Re: Best Low Profile Light Bar
Hey Orange, what do you mean the Delta don't match the rest of the bars? It is a Hummer bar.

Re: Best Low Profile Light Bar
Unless I'm mistaken, aren't the ends on the delta bar curved instead of matching the stock bars?
Opps, I just realized I think I meant the XTC bars. The ends don't match the stock bars.

Re: Best Low Profile Light Bar
I bought the factory bar and I hated it. It simply didn't light up enough. It may have helped to put higher wattage bulbs in it but....

Re: Best Low Profile Light Bar
I should of said the Delta 10x "uses a factory bar" not "is a factory bar" anyhows Orange----any idea where I could get another rim like the ones I bought from you? I tore one up pretty good in Moab last year.

I think I need to just shut up. I think I'm really confused on which bars are which.

Which rims did you get? I'm sorry... can't keep track of everything I buy and sell.
Let me know or better yet, post a pic.
