Its BS because my boss just installed one and doesnt see any major diff.

If you really want to though, I'll send you my address and you can send the money to me. You will get the same amount of MPG increase either way.

I bought one and dyno'd it. No improvement. Makes an interesting whistling sound though. Save your money.
