Someone was asking about the dim feature of the interior lights. They mentioned that they do not dim much. Mine never dimmed at all, and i have been bringing it to the dealer about it. They replaced the whole cluster, but it did not fix the problen. They recieved a service bulliten about it, and apparently this is a common situation. They told me they would have to replace the BCM, and that should do the trick. Yesterday it came back from the shop. I am oversees, but my wife says that it is working great now, they dim all the way down like they should. Hope this helps...

Hey man I brought a new h3 today and got home tonight. for spme reason after playing with the brightness of the cluster/dash illumination I noticed th interior wouldnt dom at all it stayed on foreber...is this what yours was doing?

No matter what I did it wouldnt go off...yeah the rocker switch wasnt all the way up either..

I had to use the manual overide switch for the interior lights to turn them off.

Did the BCM replacement fix it what is the BCM how long did it take?

Seems like a common problem?
I wonder if they will send me the part as the dealer is 1.5 hrs away from me.

Let me know.

Thanks!
