Corsa exhaust
Anyone know the difference between Corsa Touring and Corsa Sport Exhaust? Is it just the sound? I'm thinking about putting this on my truck..
Thanks
Austin

Re: Corsa exhaust
I was thinking the same. I believe the touring is more subdued and a bit louder than stock. The sport is deffinitely more robust and muscle car sounding. To my ears, from the internet clips, the sport seems a bit loud. But its all what your looking for. I'm not really into loud rumble up the neighborhood sound anymore. I like a slightly agressive rumble. My concern would be that the touring isnt loud enough. I wouldnt want to spend the money to not have have any real difference from stock. Hopefully someone can verify this for us.

Re: Corsa exhaust
I have had both, and currently have Corsa Sport. 100% go with Sport. Sport is louder than touring at idle, during throttle but is just as quiet and can't hear it while cruising . Excellent exhaust system. Def feel it made engine breath better. Touring does sound good only at full wide open throttle as that was what it was originally designed to do for marine applications. Touring was designed orginally for competition boats with huge motors while in the wake zone to be quiet but sound amazing at open throttle.

Re: Corsa exhaust
Thanks for the reply. Are you the one with the H2 that corsa used for thier video?
Thanks for the input, I never drive my H2 near open throttle! So the sport makes sense. I just dont want that 22 year old kid , mustange super muscle sound growl. Yes, that does sound nice on a muscle car but i just dont like it on a truck. To me, the H2 is not a swamper but a more refined fully capable off road machine. A nice low growl please.

Re: Corsa exhaust
Yes that is my truck Corsa used on their video. At the time they wanted to fab a system to test when the 6.2 came out. That video is of touring and I had it swapped out after for sport. Your exactly right, I didn't want sound of some 16 yo with mustang but rather something a little more sophisticated which the Corsa does for me. When you want to get on it it sounds awesome, if you want to cruise, its quiet as can be. Like they said to me, when your at redlight, you don't want to sound like your at quarter mile race track, only after you go and the guy next to you is watching your rear end go by!

Re: Corsa exhaust
Thanks for the help! Love your H2 as well, I've watched those clips plenty of times. Wish I could hear your sport going down the road like I did the touring. I think I'm gonna go with the sport, I'm like y'all on the low growl but not obnoxious.
Thanks
Austin

Re: Corsa exhaust
Thanks!, yeah ill have to shoot a clip of idle, revving, and going down street. Ill maybe get a couple up later tonight. ( it wont be a nice production like the Corsa vids) ill tell you too the combo of air intake, my wester hot tune, and the exhaust worked really really worked well for my H2 with the 6.2. I've held off on getting tcm tuned cause I am happy with it now but in my wifes H3 Alpha I did PCM and TCM and it was night and day difference!

Re: Corsa exhaust
Is the corsa exhaust a DIY project. I would lean towards taking mine to my custom exhaust shop and having them weld it togther?
Where is the best, cheapest place to buy the Corsa system?

Re: Corsa exhaust
I had mine actually fab and installed by Corsa, but def its able to be done at home if you have tools to do it. Or just take it like you said to local exhaust shop and have them install it.
I believe Autoanything has best deal and you get free shipping / no tax and if you call in the order, you get extra 15% off right now. I think that is pretty good deal.

Re: Corsa exhaust
My Corsa Sport is fixin to be ordered and installed in a week or so..I'll upload pics after its done. I'm also thinkin about taking the spare off so maybe it won't look too awkward hanging out the back. I'm anxious to hear it though!!
