So my TC and ABS dash lights are on and my headlights won't go off in the daylight, and my FL shock is blown...to the dealership we go...
They keep telling me it's getting done, and seven hours later, I have a Tahoe Z71 in my garage again, instead of my H2.
In the dealer's defense, they did go to great lengths to try and get it done, and they are going to deliver it to me tomorrow, but what a drag!

My FL shock blew out too. They ordered one, I waited 3 days, then they replaced it in less than an hour.

The trip is about 90 miles round trip.
I did forget to mention that this awesome dealership did NOT order the parts I needed. Instead, the pulled a new H2 in the service bay next to mine, and pilfered the parts they needed so that I wouldn't have to wait for ordered ones.

I have been very pleased with both Al Serra Chevrolet and Al Serra Hummer. I have only required one H2 service visit for a bad fuel evap. senser. They offered to pick my H2 up leave a rental car and drop it off the next day when they finished repairs. If you buy a hummer in Colorado go to them!

So, they (Al Serra Hummer service dept.) fixed all my problems that would be safety issues, and brought the truck back to me. I took it home and discovered that they had changed a few minor things in the way my lighting system works, and I wanted it changed back. They actually tried to find a tech to come to my house with the parts and do the job that night but couldn't. So the next day they picked it up, left me the managers new Tahoe, and delivered my H2 back to me the same day.
Not a chance in hell any other Hummer dealer in Colorado would go to these lengths to satisfy a customer, and I doubt any dealer anywhere would.
The gas tank was empty, though, after all that back and forth.
AL SERRA HUMMER ROCKS! (Colorado Springs, CO)
Special thanks to Mike, Duane, Mark and Jeff at Al Serra Hummer for all their great work, and for putting up with a pain in the ass like me!
