Well I have driven a similar vehicle dubbed " the Arabian Hummer" I was quite impressed with it, it was carefully built. Basically what the guy did is : he took the HUMVEE and pointed all the flaws that it had and built the "Dhabi" (as it is called) by fixing the HUMVEE flaws.
Example : the HUMVEE was designed to operate at a max ambient temperature of 45 degree celsius, that's why in Iraq, you see these boxes at the fron of the HUMVEES, those are extra coolers. The Dhabi was designed to operate at a 57 degree ambient temperature. another example is the operating radius which can go upto 1600 Kilometers. the list of improvements is long, you can get more info here :

Basic price starts at 30,000 USD for a flatbed 2 seater version. the picture below configuration is around 50K, but this is the military version not sold to the public.
