Default Front and Rear Bumper Teardown

Anybody happen to have some pics of how to take apart and remove the front and rear bumper?

I'm sure it is pretty easy, but looking to see what it looks like to see how long it may take me to do. Going to try and tear it apart, change out some things, and put it back together in one afternoon aan trying to gauge how much time I will need to do it.

Estimate the time to remove each bumper? I am going to pull my wife's to por15 and paint them... I wasted good money powder coating the rock-sliders as they are already rusting through. The shop I used didn't por15 them prior to powder.

*****

It took all of 5 minutes to remove the front bumper.... I will strip, por15 and paint it and then move onto the rear bumper!

Its not hard to do either, I just had mine off to get them linexed. Took me about an hour to get both off, maybe a little longer. Most of the time was just figuring it out having never had them off before.

Thanks guys, also thanks for the detailed breakdown instructions. I really wish I had access to stuff like that.

Looking to tear down and line-x bumbers to preserve blackness! Especially on the trim, pretty disappointed how often I have to detail it to keep it looking black. Not worth the time or the product I have to keep buying to detail it.
