NEW BACKGROUNDS FOR NAV. UNIT
INSTALLED A NEW PIONEER AVIC NAV. UNIT IN MY H-3. WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE STOCK BACKGROUND WITH HUMMER LOGO. HOW DO I DO THAT?

I would start by reading the manuel that came with your head unit. Not all units display personal pics, just factory presets.

the pioneer nav system will accept pictures to change either splash screen, or background screen. the manuel is clear on this. just cannot get software disc to download into unit any suggestions?

yeah yer doin it wrong
burn a cd with the pictures you want on it. (i did a rewriteable)
fill it up with 100 megs of garbage first, like songs, porn whatever. then you should be able to put your pics in the root directory and they should be visible. you may need to put them in a directory called Pictures but i dont think you have to.
