Yes, stock wheels and tires. On or off the gas makes no difference.

I have not locked the transfer case. It is in 4 high, because I think it has to be at 65+mph on dry roads?

I guess I'd find a lift somewhere and start rotating stuff one part at a time. See if there is any play in the bearings once the truck weight is unloaded. Good luck.
