I was taking the deflector off and noticed how loose the sunroof is. Sitting inside with sunroof fully closd I pushed up and the whole sunroof seems to move up and down maybe 1/4" especially toward the front.

Would anyone with a 2005 try this and report back please. I really have not had a reason to go back to the dealer yet but, I guess I will have to have them look at this.

Thanks,
Mike

Mine either. Checked it when I was installing my express upgrade. Sounds like a dealer issue.

Well I went out and looked at ti a lttle more and noticed that infront there are torque head screws on either side along the left & right sides in front that seem to be loose, atleast I can see the sunroof able to move up/down when I push up.

I will try tightening these up today while at the office/shop where I have a set of torque head bits that will fit. If that does not work off to the dealer I will go.

Thanks for checking and reporting.

Mike

OK, It seems I fixed the problem. Tightened the torque heads up and it does not ride up anymore. Although the sunroof is large there is a lot of flex in the roof of the vehicle when you push on the sunroof.

Anyway, I believe it was just some loose screws.
