Will a 4 wheeler fit in the back of an SUT? I haven't ever seen the spec on the height at the midgate, as well as the depth of the midgate.

So I guess what I'm asking is... With the tailgate down, and the midgate down, what is the maximum length AND the max height of something that will fit in there?

I am wondering whether my 2003 Yamaha Grizzly will fit?

Thanks.

I was trying to eyeball an SUT the other day to see if a quad would fit. From my very non-scientific methods I'd have to say no. The quads are too tall and a bit too long.

Ok at the floor the narrow part is in the rear at 47" wide.

The length with the tailggate down is 55" including the tailgate. (you can do this if you remove the rear tire carier and put your tire up top on a Gobi rack).

If you wan to put the front of the ATV into the cab with the midgate down you have a small step up and the height is at 32". Keep in mind the corners are rounded, so the width at that point is not quite the 47" width like in the bed.
Good luck, that would have to be a small quead. not that inot quads, so I'm not sure if your ATV will fit or not.
good luck,
Tim.
