Photos of aftermarket wheels on H3
Does anyone have photos of aftermarket wheels and 33" tires on their H3? I am thinking about some tire and wheel options but it is hard to imagine without actually seeing them mounted.
Thanks in advance!

If you have a local wheel / Tire dealer, have them put what you think you might like on. That way you can get the true look of it. I did that and they never once had a problem with it.
Good luck with the process, there are so many choices.

Thanks for the advice! R6- how much did the wheels set you back? Do they have those in the standard size to fit the BFG 33s? I have the ADV package and I'd like to keep the same wheel/tire size.
Speaking of tires, how much and what kind are those? Are they noisy? See, now you have me opening my wallet further

This is what I did, A little more of the off road look.
Helo Maxx6 and M/T 33x13.50x18
Sorry the pic aren't great but the truck gets a lot of looks. Especially in flat Florida.

Re: Photos of aftermarket wheels on H3
H3.007, Seeing that you are in PA. You should look what R6 and FL H3 have done, although all 3 of us live in FL, they have it set up like you would need. I on the other hand went with the street look ($3K), but have my old set up if needed.
Also, if you plan on keeping your H3 for a while. Make sure you know which wheel company has the best warrenty. Right now it seems "Wired" and "ARE" have the best on the market.
Be sure to post pics for us!
Good Luck!

I am pretty sure they have a 16 inch wheel as a matter of fact someone on this forum has the 16" in black on a white hummer h3, my set of wheels/tires balance and mounted with transfer of the tire pressure sensors was $2,400 and my wifes was $2,500. I put the wheels and tires on wifes white h3 first so they gave a $100 bucks off the second set on mine. I think the wheels were $790 for all 4 and the tires were $330 a peice and the rest was labor. They are not that noisey at all just a tad bit more than my stock 33" were. Good luck let us know what you end up doing

Re: Photos of aftermarket wheels on H3
Thanks for the tips. I couldn't get the photos to open - I'll try from home tonight as it is likely an update issue with this lovely system here at the office.
Regardless, I won't likely be doing anything until Spring. I'll use my stock wheels and BFGs as winter runners and then the aftermarket wheels and rims for the "clean season".
I had Dunlop RTs on my Explorer. They were great for traction, etc. in the winter and offroading but they were loud on the pavement. I really don;t want to go back that route again. Are those tires you have softer (ply?)? My RTs were six ply so I think that is why they were louder.

My toyo 33" are E rated which a friend told me that it equates to a 10 ply,
E rating is supposed to be one of the best, my stock 33" that came off of the hummer were only rated at a C rating so the toyo is a much much better tire! My toyo M/T's are also 12.50" wide so they should be much louder than stock but they really are not.
