Garbage.
Quote:
One struggles to think of a worse vehicle at a worse time. Introduced shortly after 9/11 ? an event whose causes were tangled in America's unquenchable thirst for oil ? the Hummer H2 sent all the wrong signals. It was/is arrogantly huge, overtly militaristic, openly scornful of the common good.

Re: We Made The List....
those lists are sooooo stupid though i mean really the model t is on there for its shape and its crude instruments i mean wtf seriously it was the first production car ever what the he!! do you want it to have. and im suprised that if the H2 made the list because of huge and militaristic im suprised the h1 didnt find a spot on that list. Those car thigns are always overly biased.

Re: We Made The List....
hell yeah!! I would sooo drop a ls7 in that thing...
What do you expect, its from CNN.... the model T is a great example. How can you bash the FIRST pro. car.... um... ever. Its not gonna be a hybrid from teh very start and spew republican-hate as you drive by foxnews HQ.
Also, masserati biturbo? Come on!!!! Atleast they got it right with the pinto, but they forgot something..
"ever ford production car, except the model-T"

Re: We Made The List....
LMAO.
Some of them are pretty cool as well as desirable rides.
I really like the comment about the "Rambo Lambo":
The LM002 is the forerunner of another large and unnecessary SUV that signals pure contempt for one's fellow man, the Hummer H2.

Re: We Made The List....
Got to admit, I don't watch cnn. Just don't care for their views on some issues, not saying that msnbc is much better! Fox has some people that piss me off as well. Oh well, without them what would we bitch! They are too us what we are too the tree huggers.
thanks

Re: We Made The List....
Maybe worth reading for the sake of debate! But some of those cars are classics. What about the ones that didn't make it? I don't recall seeing the Pontiac Aztec. Ford Probes. Anything AMC made, the eagile comes to mind. The list goes on and on.

Re: We Made The List....
Here is the author's list of "best" cars.
1. Toyota Prius (regardless of the toxic gas producing batteries)
2. Honda Insite
3. Any Subaru (just because they somehow are considered enviro friendly)
4. Scion XB
5. Any Flexcar
6. Vespa ( I love laughing at them when it is pouring down raining)

I know!! How do people see them as so 'green'? People in VT spew garbage about how great their "Granola Wagon" is for the environment and to drive in the winter. I hate 'em!
