Default GM Performance Exhaust System

Just got it installed yesterday. Cat-back, single pipe, with a smaller muffler.
The dual tail pipes look great under the bumper. The sound isn't a real big change but the dual tail pipes really look awsome on the back.

Dealer's GM Supplier screwed up, and didn't order the dual wall angled tips I wanted, so the dealer instead, had the the single wall tips mounted and ordered me the correct pair. When they arrive tomarrow, I will pick them up and he said I could keep the single wall tips for free.

Corsa manufactures these actually... Jim Browning (the owner of Corsa) is a great guy too. They make some really nice products. I've had them on my Z06, and they rock.

H3 Tiger - thanks for the info. I already have the Corsa Performance Exhaust (same one sold on this website) on my H3 and so far so good after 1 year.

Very little added, probably 10hp or so. Looks cool with the dual outlets (stainless tips bling). Tips could drag on departure in heavy wheeling, but you could have a muffler shop mod tips to make them removable. Corsa sounds good, kinda of like BMW straight six.

I have never really noticed a performance change after upgrading the exhaust on any of my previouse cars. However, I really noticed an increase in power at take-off and on the highway on the H3. I was very surprised and a I recommend the upgrade! Sadly that is gone now due to 35's, I felt a big change after going bigger. I am wondering if I have the dreaded head problem, becuase it was a bigger change than I expected.

Even with my 35's, I still have more power than before the dual exhaust, but then I have that other thing too

You may want to have them look at the heads, because I still have pretty much as much power with the 35's as I had with the 33 Toyo's.

I installed the new, Dual Wall Tips this evening.
Wow, what a difference in look. The single wall tips just don't look as nice.

As for power? Hell I don't know. If there is a differnce in HP, I can't feel it.
But the dual tail pipes in stainless really do look nice.

I think that the departure angle will be shortened a bit, but since I haven't really done serious off roading, it doesn't mean much to me.
If I need to, I can always remove the tips. The pipes hang pretty close to where the original was, and the performance muffler is smaller.

I'll post some pics up in a day or two.

Cool. Yours (GM Performance version) already has the removable tips.
