Back seat reliner kit

A while back someone had the hinge kit to make the 2nd row seat recline back.
I know they have to be ordered from Japan. I e-mailed them once but got busy and never ordered.
Does anybody here have or know where to order in the US?.

Should be standard from factory anyway !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mines an 03 and I dont think they make one.
