Anyone know a Glenn Hoffinger in Portland, OR?
If you do, tell him I'm driving over to break his legs and have my way with his girlfriend or wife! 
The bastard bought my third row seat on Ebay back in February. Today (over two months later)I get a chargeback notice from Ebay and now I have a negative $625 sitting in my PayPal account! The prick is claiming that I stole his credit card number and paid myself using his PayPal account. I hope his wife or girlfriend is cute!

Since this was a legal transaction and it sounds like it went through Paypal, just dispute. If you have the tracking number, and copies of te transactions, you're good to go.
And DRTY can go kick his a$$ too.
If DRTY collects the $625, does he get to use that money for Hooters beer?

Something is not right here, he has a celebrity wife, seems to have a legitimate business, but then pulls this kind of crap? Must have had tax issues...

Yeah thats a wierd deal kacy, mebe the guy has alzheimers...Just get the package tracking/signed info to Paypal and it should be rectified no problem. Where it could get screwy is if he disputed it through his credit card and not paypal.

Got word from him that he had made a mistake. I'm not sure how one could overlook a $600 purchase and claim fraud, but what the heck! He said that he would correct it. We'll wait and see. I faxed his email to me to Ebay as well. Damn good thing I kept all my documentation!

Made a little detour by his house & place of business just now. I'd post the pictures but the FTP thing is still going on.
Anyway, both places are right around the corner from each other. There's a green Discovery with Oregon plate 72757 parked at the curb(north side of street facing west) & a blue 3 series with Oregon dealer plate 5307D in the driveway. His neighbor freely offered up that Glenn just left this morning for a little vacation. No sign of an H2, so I'm guessing he bought the seat and flipped it or put it in an H2 that he brokered.
