So whats the crappiest loaner anyone's ever gotten from a mixed Hummer dealer, i.e. ones that sell other GM or non-GM brands?

This was the best post ever- and the worst loaner IMO.

Check the SUT into service and start with the loaner process. Service writer on the phone:
"What do you have for cars? Where's the Tahoe? What about the Trailblazer? ..... Ok, pull that up."
A minute or two later he points out the window to a purple minivan. I laughed at him and said "Im not driving that. What else do you have?"
Drove away in a green Malibu, pissed. The thing stinks so bad I can smell it on my clothes today at work. I emptied a bottle of Febreeze in it before bed, left the windows down all night, and it didnt touch the stench. There are spent matches on the drivers floor where someone apparently was lighting smokes and throwing them on the floor. There are other unidentifiable odors which could be coffee, chili, or something I don't want to know about.
Its unwashed, unvacuumed, I had to clean the inside of the windshield since I couldnt see crap in the sun from the smoke haze, and the front marker light is out and people can't tell if I'm turning. The thing only has ~9000 miles on it too!
What would you all do? They better fix my truck FAST.... </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

When I had mine in for a repair I got a old Ford Areostar mini van they said take it or leave it. I left it and drove my wifes car.

You should try being 6'5" and having them try and stick you with an Aveo. They ended up finding a full sized pickup for me to take.

All three times I received a nice, very clean Cadillac SRX. I like it better than the BMW X3 I get when taking in my M3.

Toyota Corolla. But it did only take $10 to fill it after a week.

None is the worse but last time i took my wifes car into BMW i wound up in a BASE corolla. Since her wreck shes in an Infinity fx35 (which is actually a pretty nice vehicle for a small car/truck)

I've always gotten decent loaners. Suburban, Tahoe. Nothing I would call sh!tty, but I am always ready to get my truck back.

I got an h3 last time. I liked it alright, but you can see big differences in the ride, quiteness, features, and overall quality feel. The engine does suck on those when you are used to the 6.0 liter. And the 6.0 can even be sluggish at times. but for the price I think h3 is a great vehilce.

LOL, thanks for posting that CP! I was pretty fired up.
I always ask for an SUV and they always pull up the purple minivan, to which I say "I'm not driving that". They finally caught on and I had an H3 last time.

...and I thought the Pacifica I got once was a bummer! The worst part was my son thought I should trade due to the huge amount of legroom in the back! WTF???
Dan, you win!
