Default Water inside

Got the truck back from the body shop today, and was cleaning the carpets, and noticed on the passenger's side when I took the mat out, there was water beads on the bottom of the mat, and the carpet was soaked. I pulled the carpet back and the padding was soaked, as well. It stops at the seat, but most of it is drenched. I got the shop vac out and got alot out, now I have a fan drying it out. I have no clue how this happened. I did however clean the rudder door seals and re-sealed them with silicone. Has anyone had a similar problem on the SUV?

my secondary door seals were leaking in the middle top of the door. The seal also shrunk at the front curve part. Since it was pissing through there, it was running down the primary seal in the door jam and then into the truck. Pop off the kick plate/door sill and you'll see a **** ton of water there. Nice big wireharness runs there also.

I'm gonna try resealing it, but I think the gasket might have shrunk to much as it is..

Got it figured out. When the install was done on my rear camera, the wiring was somehow pushed between the metal lip and the rubber seal in the bottom curve of the door allowing for a small gap. This in turn would allow a small stream of water to come in and then flood the floor board. The fix: removed the wire and re-routed, then silicone the entire seal down secure. Now it's water tight.
