Default Wheel Width Question

I recently bought a set of new wheels for my wife's (new to her) H2. I didn't realize this when I bought them but the wheel width is only 8.5 inches.

The tires I chose are 325/60-20 Goodyear Duratracs. I'm still amazed at how quiet they are even at 80 mph the only sound I hear is wind noise.

Goodyear gives a recommended rim width range of 9-12 inches. The new wheels are 1/2 inch shy of the manufacturer's minimum. There's no way to unwind the deal now so what should watch out for? This is my wife's rig and her 5th HUMMER. I can safely yet reluctantly say that this vehicle will never see dirt, mud or rocks, ever. It's used to transport our kids to school and my wife to the mall.

Thoughts?
