Default coil spacer install???

Im ordered my Cognito UCAs yesterday but my rear coils came in today. Since I dont drive the H2 daily, i wanted to install the coils now. I didnt get any instructions with my spacers (guess they forgot to put them in the box), so can anyone who has installed them give me a quick how to? Do i use a coil compresser till i get enough gap under the coil to slide them in? i lifted the rear chassis with a jack but the coil seems to still be under pressure since they never budged. thanks Jordan

I think if you disconnect the sway bar and undo the shock you should get enough droop to install it. Do one side at a time.

At full droop, my coils just pop out by hand. I can even install a 1" spacer in there and still get the Coil back in
