Default How do I put the Onstar Back??

I'm trying to put back my '05 factory Onstar unit. I had a DVD player installed in there.

On the back of the unit are 5 plugs, 2 white, 2 black, and the antennae. I have the 2 white cables, and the antenna cable, but I don't know what plugs into the black plugs?

Also on the front of the unit is a cable coming out from it. According to a search on newgmparts.com for onstar, it looks like that is the control switch, but I don't know what that plugs into?

I appreciate any help I can get!

THANKS!
