almost sounds like a broken exhaust manifold bolt. Check the rear one(s) drivers side. Sounds is a bit different then mine, which has this issue, but guessing that is the cause.

Oil Pressure? Not sure, no reference in video so not sure what your experiencing. In my case I have not seen a change to the oil pressure with the busted manifold bolt, certainly the sound you are experiencing.

if your seeing an oil pressure issue may be some other issue then the manifold bolt. Given the sound cadence with throttle check your belts, pulleys, and tension otherwise I''m guessing your in the motor and I'll leave that to far more knowledgable folks to troubleshoot.

Make sure you get the updated header bolts from GM when you change them.

Actually just checked mine. Drivers side rear bolt on manifold was indeed loose. And it will not tighten. Looks like it's broken. Sigh
