I'm confused, how do you open the hood to check the oil with that thing on?

Hinges is not the answer, unless they provide a new front hinge kit with the guard.
Same question: how do you open the hood? Just curious.

We've got that on our H2 and it's a nice piece. Expensive, but nice. Also, it bolted right on with no drilling.
I'm looking at the handles. On the H2 the bar attaches to two new handles for extra strength and it looks like these do too. Look to the rear of the PS one. If that's the case, you may have to drill a few holes into the hood.
I'd like to know because if it doesn't attach there, then the only mounting points is are at the hinges. That wouldn't be very strong and the grill will bounce noticeably.
You can contact Phil at Trail Duty. That's where we got ours. Maybe he has some info.

With that front hinge type brush gard on - it would be a B I T C H to work on.
