I would say the computer varies the speed of the fans in sync therefor tilting the aircraft and providing thrust. For spin I would say there's a few redirection fans on 2 or 4 of the fans to cause it to rotate. Any other ideas??

Ok... so a flying saucer look-alike is pulled around by a large crane in a video (the trajectory that it takes even LOOKs like it's hanging from a crane!). I'll bite...so?
