anybody with front transmission pump seal problems?

Merry x-mas everyone!

Like to ask if anybody had problem with front transmission pump seal?
I am having fluid leak drivers side visible on top of the shocks and wheel wells.
Dealer wants $1750 + accumulator $230 + front diff service 150$.
I am planning to get 2nd opinion making sure not excessive maybe a local 4x4 store.

My rig is a 2007 SUT with 56K miles original owner light off road use.

PS: also need new tires...maybe a comment on Nitto dune grapplers vs Trail vs BFG A/T... if anybody running it....if it is any good (currently on sale and maybe a cheap replacement/alternative).
