Speaking of stopping power, would an H2 with 37" tires and 24" rims, stop noticeably worse than one with stock tires/rims?

LOL All depends on the wheel tire set-up. But my questions is, why would anyone in their right mind run a 37" tire on a 24" rim?

Fabtech, Rancho and BulletProof don't, never seen them included w/ any of the other mfgs.
Figure on loosing what feels like 25-30% of your braking power. Your adding a bunch of weight going to the larger rim and lot more mass w/ a 37" tire. It made me nervous as hell the fist week driving it.
