precisely why I bought a civy truck and not a humvee. That truck is so trashed -- they can also be diffucult to register.

that was a pretty hard landing...I'd rather see pictures of the damage, with a colse up of the drivers seat missing (still in the driver's arse).

I recall doing the exact same thing in 1991 in the dunes near near Ras al Ghar, Saudi Arabia. The only thing we broke was a sizeable VHF radio mount. Small price for the taxpayers to pay for the fun we had after the war was over.
