Default H3 2006 Wiper problem

My wife was on her way home from work about 2 weeks ago and the passenger side wiper stopped working. It stopped in the middle of the windshield and never worked again.

When she got home I put it in its normal off position and noticed it was very limp. I could swipe it myself with no resistance from the wiper. The other wiper (driver?s side) works perfect.
My question is what could be wrong?
Fuse? Is there a separate fuse for each wiper?
Motor? Is there a separate motor for each wiper?
I have general knowledge when it comes to vehicles so I really don?t know what to look for.
Could it be the gear inside broke or the wiper jumped off it?

On a separate note, my driver?s side door window switches do not work & and the switches themselves lights are not working either. FUSE??
My remote for keyless entry does not unlock the doors anymore or the doors do not unlock the doors when put in park like it did for the 4 years I have had it. FUSE??
Maybe remote needs reprogrammed??

Please help
Thanks
Bruce
