Moab/Richfield Pics
Just got back from a trip to Moab and Richfield Utah. I missed the group by a couple of days I think. Here are some pics from Moab and also Richfield and we also took our ATV's. Disclaimer: As I am an admitted novice to offroading, we were traveling alone, and my wife and son were with me, we did the "scenic" trails as opposed to the hard core areas.
Had a great time. It was hot in Moab, the thermometer in the Hummer typically read a high of 103 in the afternoon; one day said 111. We did Hurrah Pass trail, part of Chicken Corners, the Schaefer Trail (we went UP the switchbacks), and Onion Creek/Thompson Canyon on ATV's.

Great pics! I just got back from a trip to north eastern Utah and it was greener than it has been for the last 10-12 years due to the summer rains. Really beautiful.

Thanks for the replies.
Moab was great. I already want to go back - maybe sometime in the spring or fall. Toughest decision will be what to take on the trails - the Hummer, my Jeep Rubicon, or the ATVs !! Nice to have tough choices though LOL.
