So just this morning my Canadian buddy was telling me how cold and snowy it currently is in Vancouver, and I was having a good time laughing at his misery, in my balmy 60&#176 weather here in SoCal.

Well, his curses worked ... can you believe hail in SoCal?!

My kids of course loved it . I think this is only the second time I've seen hail in the 8 years I live here..

This is awfully suspicious... you tease a Canuck about his weather, you get hail, I tease a Canuck about moose, and a deer gives me the evil eye. Something is definately going on...

I hope you reported Canada for eco terrorism. I think they banned the use of weather control back in 1971! Seems like our neighbors to the north don't think the rules apply to them! We could invade and turn Canada into a national off-roading park.

H2Finally,

When exactly did that happen? Per weather report, I was expecting thunderstorms too. But other that couple light showers, it's been dry all day down here Maybe you should move down the hill where the peasants live

Happened 2 minutes before I posted, for only 5 seconds. If you missed it, you missed a rare weather miracle for SoCal...

Living up here in the hills, where cellphone signals get dropped every 2 minutes, nearest emergency ($3/gallon 87) gas station is 10 minutes away, nearest gallon of milk is a 15 minutes drive -- trust me, I feel more like the peasant living in boonie-land...

You guys shouldn't bitch, just when I thought it was going to be spring. It was up to almost 60 degrees on Thur-Fri now here it is on Sunday at 11:00 and were expected to get up to 8 inches of snow.

I've been to Canada. It's always wet and backwards. Kinda like Mexico but colder.
