Bumper and flare removal?

Does anyone have access to detailed directions for removing the rear bumper (plastic and metal sections) and the fender flares and rocker panels?

I'm getting the front/rear bumpers, flares, and rocker panels Linex'ed and don't wanna screw anything up when removing each piece.
