You may be able to squeeze some 35's in there, but I suspect they may rub, and I'm pretty certain they would rub off-road.

I think 35 would fit about the same on an H3 as 37 fit on an H2. Tire envalopes at GM allow for tire chain clearance at full lock and full jounce so there should be some room.
