Default rim suggestions

I know that this horse may have been flogged to death but once I get the "steering " problem sorted on the wife's H2, I intend to replace the rims and possibly tires ( keep the present ones for winter).

I am leaning towards black rims - currently running 18 x10 Eagle Alloys pitted chrome ( -25mm and need to keep with the -25mm as I fitted 3" fender flares and longer bumper corners) with 325/65/18 Toyo Open Country All Terrains, and may blacken the original front grill damaged in a car parking incident.

Have posted a few pics of our H2, another H2 blacked out with with RBP rims and a few rims.
Would appreciate all and any suggestions as to rims and also if 355/70/18 would fit or if need to turn key.
