I would like to mount the spare tire on top of the H2. I know this can be accomplished with a full rack and tire mount such as made by Gobi $2100 or Manik $750 approx. But one I would like to do it as cheap as possible and two I do not want to add a large amount of wind noise by putting up a full rack. Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated!

Great advice, Klaus. No way would I strap a tire to the stock racks on these things.
