Drive around with your home made one for a few months and if you don't get hauled off to jail I'll let you make one for me too.

Looks good. I love the blacked out look.
Have you thought about doing the skid plate? Maybe line-x or PC it.

If I was blackening mine, I'd clean it real well, prime it and rattle can it. This way you won't cry the first time you crack it and you can always touch it up when you get home.
If you aren't planning on going offroad, do what you want because it won't matter.

Don't Line-X your skid plate. It will come off on the first rock you hit.
I don't think you can do the mirror caps because the coating is so thick. You may not be able to get them back on.

LoL. The Vacuum is a beast. I like to call it the Hummer of Vacuum's. Although the one in the pic is a carpet cleaner.

I'm going through the same process toward "Stealth Mode." Have you looked into these smoked out marker lights? There are five sets of them on E-Bay @ $109 each. Wish I could see them on a rig! Why don't YOU try 'em and post some pics?
Sean </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
Man those are awesome. I just might do it. It's just unscrewing right to get them off? How about the rest of the body lights (turn signals) won't they look out of place than?

That must have been one FAT person to to slam into your basketball pole and bend it that way!
Good looking truck. BTW, NO carwash does well with black.
