Default Phil - on removing door glass

Phil, I noticed in another thread that you removed your door glass to replace your door handle buckets. Any help on doing this will be appreciated. I did my front doors without removing the glass the first time and it was a real pain. This time around I want to remove the glass. Thanks Bro...
