Default Navigation system in a 2003?

Will the OEM navigation system in a later model work in my 2003 H2? I assume it will replace the radio and CD player....will the steering wheel controls still work?

I put the Pioneer AVIC-Z2 in mine and it rocks! Steering wheel kit, iPod kit, OnStar kit, color back up camera, sirius kit and even a bypass so the DVD player works while driving!

Yea, I have been looking at the Pioneer 90BT or the Kenwood 8120. But my research has shown that many of the interfaces for the Steering wheel Controls and the onstar are not reliable. Which ones did you use? The Metra GMOS-04 has had all kinds of issues.
