Default Hidden CB mount idea

Tell me what you guys think, it clears the mic, which is then clipped to the back of the console. I want some feedback before i drill holes for the antenna / power / pa. Also, if the console muffles the cb speaker to much I may just hook up the external speaker and put that up hidden under the dash. Thoughts?

That is a good fit. The only drawback and its minor is your reach back for any control changes will be crampy. If your a channel 19 steady thats a non issue so sound and extra wire slack for working are your only concerns

Looks good
Are you going to drill a hole for the mic wire or just run it under the lid when in use?

I had a similar set up in my YJ Jeep
