Default Shrader valve assist

Anyone know how to remove just the shrader valve out of the A/C fill ports (low side / fill side - is what I am trying to replace)

are you trying to remove the valve stems or do you want to cut the whole valve out and solder in a new one.

if you want to remove the stems then you will have to "recover" the Freon and use a stem removal tool and screw the out like you would a valve stem core in a tire rim

Rico,
Thanks for the response.

The reason for the replacement is because I think after 10+ years it is just weak and slowly leaking. I have put dye in and it looks like that is the only place it might be coming at... so recovery wouldnt be an issue since it is already gone...

So I am not looking to replace the part, just the valve itself. So where would I get one of these tools, the valve and how would I go about doing it (since I havent dont this in either a tire or an a/c setup)
