Default Air below but not up top

So I started using my A/C this week and noticed that it blows nice and cold, but only on the floor, not through the top vents. WTF! Is this the door actuators does anyone know? If so, I did see some articles on the site, but no pics. Can anyone help me as I cannot do summer without some A/C.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Yes, this sounds as if it is the actuator.
But, it could be a fault at various points.

You will have to check the switches, the fuse, the line, and the actuators themselves. Any one of these could be the issue. If I remember right, there are 1-2 switches top and bottom.

The plus side is you have A/C. And if for some reason you can find he reason why it wont switch, you can manual set it to be up top and then at least you have your A/C blowing on your face until you can find the culprit

Hope this helps

Sounds good, I'll check the fuses and what not. By lines you mean the AC lines? Also, seems like everyone has had issues with the actuators at some point in time, anyone know which of the four actuators it might be?

No sorry, electrician speak... line meaning power line.
check to make sure the switch is actually sending power.... could be switching but not sinding power. No power, no movement on the actuator
As for which actuator... no
